Description
Featuring a strong and sharp ceramic abrasive blend, the SG 5SG CA surface grinding segment is an excellent tool for fast stock removal, cylindrical grinding and surface grinding applications. The porous VSP vitrified bond cuts down on loading while increasing chip clearance and coolant flow. It provides cool cutting action, even on hard materials. This versatile surface grinding segment is appropriate for grinding hard carbon steels, tool steels, titanium, super alloys and other metals. Use this product in cortland chucks for a surface grinding machine.
