Merchandise Policy

A.  Stock Merchandise

Goods purchased from Johnston Companies cannot be returned without our authorization and must be in good, full package quantities, re-saleable condition (free of damages, defects, scratches, markings, etchings, etc.), and must include original packaging, literature, and accessories. Requests must be made within 14 days of the original invoice date. Unless the merchandise was shipped by Johnston Companies in error, all transportation charges covering the return must be freight prepaid and are the responsibility of the customer. When requesting return authorization, please provide all information specified on the Return on Goods Authorization form. Always include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Re-stocking charges may apply.

B.  Non-Stock Merchandise

Errors in ordering special or made to order products are non-returnable.
